Bre Boros
Personal trainer - strength and conditioning coach at Mind Over Core
Bre is an Exercise Science student at Owens Community College with a passion for helping others build strength, confidence, and resilience-both physically and mentally. A lifelong athlete, Bre played soccer starting at just six years old, competing at the club level and earning four years on varsity before continuing her career at Owens. Her journey in fitness deepened during high school when she began working with a strength and conditioning coach-but it was her personal experience recovering from an ACL injury and undergoing three knee surgeries that truly shaped her perspective. Through recovery, Bre discovered just how powerful proper training, movement, and nutrition can be-not only for performance, but for healing and long-term health. That experience fuels her passion for helping others overcome challenges, rebuild confidence, and feel their absolute best. Bre enjoys incorporating a variety of training styles into her programming, including resistance training, cardio, and plyometrics-keeping workouts both effective and engaging. Outside of the gym, you’ll likely find her exploring local coffee shops or in the kitchen creating healthier recipes-because for Bre, living well goes beyond the workout.
